The data processed
- Your name, email address, phone number and, for invoicing, your postal address.
- The details of your stay: dates, number of guests, price, payment schedule.
- Your messages with the operator and the information you enter in the welcome guide.
- A record of your acceptance of the terms: text accepted, date and time, IP address.
- Your bank card is entered directly with the operator’s payment provider; this website only keeps technical identifiers.

- The operator and the people who organise your stay on its behalf.
- AGREGATE, publisher of the uMyris software, which runs this website and processes your data on the operator’s behalf, as a processor. Its own technical providers are listed on its dedicated page.
- The operator’s payment provider, to register your card and collect payments.

Transfers outside the European Union
This website and your data are hosted in France. When the operator uses the assistance offered by uMyris — message drafting and translation, the welcome guide assistant —, the content of the messages concerned is processed by an artificial intelligence provider based in the United States, under the framework described by AGREGATE.
